New Directions Receives Competitive Grant From Waccamaw Community Foundation

New Directions was honored to receive one of fifty-six grants awarded by the Waccamaw Community Foundation, as part of its annual Granting Day initiative. The foundation provided grants to organizations in Horry and Georgetown counties working to improve the local community. Funding will provide general operating support for our organization - ensuring shelter, meals, and basic needs are available to those in need. 125 nights of shelter were made possible thanks to the $2,500.00 grant award.
